~ A friend told me many times: "It's not what you do, but WHY you do it.. " Every thing serves a purpose/ has a reason and we make hundreds of choices every day that we do not fully understand. Many decisions are made from our subconscious part of self... from our belief systems, our feelings, our logical mind but, sadly, not our hearts and that is damaging. So, know, understand and love and accept thyself and live consciously...
~ Return to Ahhsss: ~ the wander is over, but the journey continues ~ I did not experience the feelings of elation that I had experienced on past returns but more the deep satisfaction of accomplishment ~ more healing, renewal, integration remembering, letting go... some sadness in the letting go, but also a growing excitement for what will come and become ~ all is well in the Land of Ahhsss...
~ Seeking... seeking... seeking... everyone is, in their own way, seeking... Seeking what ?? Ourselves... who we truly are, for real, beyond the personality and all that it is ~ And where are our answers ?? All that we seek is within ourselves... we need look no further...
~ There is no greater love than that which you can give to your self ~ Know your self... love and accept all of your self... and be at peace...
~ There are many things in our lives that we cling to... people, places, things, feelings, habits, addictions, etc... things that no longer serve a purpose in our lives and, consciously or not, control us and limit our freedom... Let them go and be free....
~ The world is a mirror of self and that which is judged in the world is that part of self which is judged / not accepted ~ Seek unity... love and accept ALL of your self unconditionally...
~ It's all a matter of perception... life is an adventure and every moment is the heart beat of life... Live it !! It's all good...
~ Karma... In my mind, karma is about facing our choices and that which we created in the physical and in our mental and emotional bodies, in this life and in past lives. It is what needs to be accepted, understood and resolved in our hearts and souls in order to bring us into balance and to peace within... it is not a punishment, but simply facing our selves for our selves...
~ The key to the future lies in the present moment... savor it... squeeze every drop of joy from it. ~ Life is good... in fact, quite wonder full... filled with abundance and blessings in All ways. ~ So much to be grate full, great full, greatly full for... Kia ora... Live well... All ways....
~ We and we alone are the creators of our lives... what we believe, think & feel, act & react creates our life... As it's creator, we should love our life and if we don't, then we should change it into something we do love ~ Know thyself... be aware of what you think, feel and see what beliefs drive you then act or not, consciously, from the heart in creating the life that you desire, moment by moment...
~ Strength is being in a state of love and compassion in the face of adversity... it comes from the heart...
~ Some years ago, I dreamed of blue and white mtns... Ten days later, I dreamed the same mtns in red and black. I painted them in oils and a year later, when I finally saw them I spontaneously shed a stream of tears from heart & soul... It was them... my dreamscape mtns... the Sangre de Cristo / Blood of Christ Mtns... Soon after, I was living in this valley of my mtns... my heart home on earth...
~ Some years ago, my Father told me: "Taste the tears, my son... " and I did... thousands of them in healing, releasing, letting go of the hurt, pain, sorrow and sadness of life... salty, bitter, sweet, joyous, some that burned... all of the flavors of life from heart and soul... thank you Dad, for all the love, guidance and support over the years... Happy Father's Day... I Love You...
~ A sunny morning in meditation/prayer on the great rock in AZ... "Great Father.. I desire to be whole and complete within my self, to be sovereign within the All, to live all that I am, in love, peace and harmony... " The sweetest voice whispered: "My son... go thy way and be whole... That which you seek is within thy self... " And so it is for me.. AND every one... know thy self... your answers are within...
~ If one has abundance and gives, that is sharing...
If one has less and gives, that is caring...
If one has nothing and still gives, that is love...
And THAT is everything...
~ It's all about love and compassion... that's all... just love and compassion ~ Be the blessing and blessed be...
